Flavio Pina, art director of DM9DDB, has taken part in the project “Cannes Also”, which occurs simultaneously with the 2011 Cannes Festival. The work was selected by British photographer John Rankin Waddell, who is the curator of the exhibition.
He will present three pieces that tell a bit about the history of “Mercado Novo” (New Market) of Belo Horizonte – a historical and misterious place built in the '60s that now houses small printing presses and graphics and a floor that has never been finished.
